Your money is safe until the work is right.
Every order on ZedroForge is covered. We hold your payment in escrow and only release it to the seller when you're happy — so you can hire with confidence.
How it works
Protection is automatic — there's nothing to switch on. Here's what happens behind every order.
1. You pay into escrow
When you order, your payment is charged but held securely by ZedroForge — it is not sent to the seller yet.
2. The seller delivers
The seller completes your brief and uploads the work within the delivery time on the package you chose.
3. You review
Check the delivery. Not quite right? Request the revisions included in your package until it meets the brief.
4. Payment is released
Only when you click “Approve & release” on your order does the money leave escrow and reach the seller.
The release step is the heart of buyer protection: a seller is only paid after you open the order and choose Approve & release. Until then, the full amount stays with ZedroForge.
What's covered
Four promises that apply to every order, automatically.
On-time delivery
Every package has a clear delivery time. If a seller goes silent or misses it, you can cancel for a full refund.
Work as described
Deliveries have to match what the listing and your agreed brief promised — not a watered-down version.
Secure payments
Card details are validated and processed over an encrypted connection. We never expose your payment data.
Money-back guarantee
If an order can't be resolved fairly, our team steps in and refunds the amount still held in escrow.
Refunds & disputes
Most orders go smoothly. When they don't, you're never on your own — and you're never out of pocket for work you didn't receive.
What if the seller never delivers?
If the delivery time passes with no work, you can cancel the order from your dashboard and the escrowed payment is returned to you in full.
What if the work isn't what I ordered?
Request the revisions included in your package first. If it still doesn't match the brief, open a dispute and our team reviews the order and the original requirements.
When can't I get a refund?
Once you click Approve & release, the order is complete and the payment goes to the seller — so only approve when you're genuinely happy.
